As we just passed the one year anniversary of the tragic wildfires that overtook Lahaina/Maui in August of 2023, we wanted to share a brief update on the RSVLTS “Lahaina Strong” shirt sale proceeds that went directly to The Maui Strong Fund (part of the The Hawai‘i Community Foundation).
About six months back, RSVLTS connected with the amazing organizers at The Maui Strong Fund and was able to discuss a bit about the RSVLTS “Lahaina Strong” initiative, about the current state of recovery around Maui and the road ahead, in particular Lahaina, which was affected the most from the catastrophic wildfires.
RSVLTS is proud to announce that together we all were able to raise $59,000 in proceeds that went to charitable donations for the Fund, just shy of $60,000 total, all which has gone to help aid recovery and rebuilding efforts for Lahaina and across Maui in general.

We appreciate everyone that generously purchased one of the gorgeous “Lahaina Strong” shirts right after the unfortunate events, and for wearing them proudly since then to visit any of the Hawaiian Islands or simply just sporting one wherever your travels might have taken you across the globe to raise awareness of the efforts.
Most importantly, thank you for helping generate proceeds toward such a great cause. While parts of Maui will quite never be the same, the magic will always remain and every bit helps to restore some of that essence. All the love to Maui and Lahaina, always and forever!
