1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Purchasing a product or service will not increase your chances of winning. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of date of entry (“Entrant”). Employees, officers and directors of RSVLTS LLC. (the "Sponsor"), its subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their distributors, vendors, advertising/promotion agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Promotion (defined below), including, but not limited to, the entities supplying the prizes herein (collectively, the “Released Parties”) as well as their immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children and parents, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD: RSVLTS "Breakfast Balls The Game" Promotion (the "Promotion"), which includes an “Instant Win Game” and a “Sweepstakes”, begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on February 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on July 31, 2025 (the "Promotion Period").
A Sweepstakes drawing (“Drawing”) will be held at the conclusion of the Promotion Period to select the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner. There will also be an Instant Win Game with Instant Win Prizes available via Game Pieces (described below) during the Promotion Period as outlined in the chart in Rule 5 below.
3. TO PARTICIPATE: In order to participate in the Promotion, you must first obtain a scratch-off card (each, a "Game Piece") as described below to participate in the Instant Win Game portion of the Promotion. Game Pieces will be available beginning February 1, 2025 through July 31, 2025 or while Game Piece supplies last. Upon redemption of Instant Win Prize, you will have the opportunity to enter the Sweepstakes online (as described in Rule 4.
THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO PARTICIPATE:
A. Via Purchase: visit https://www.rsvlts.com/ and purchase a package of RSVLTS Breakfast Balls The Game Golf Balls (the “Game”) and look inside the package for the game booklet and instant win game piece (“Game Piece. Then, follow the directions in Rule 4 below to visit the Promotion website to claim your prize and to enter the Sweepstakes for the chance to win the Grand Prize (“Sweepstakes Entry”).
B. Without a Purchase: To receive a Game Piece without making a purchase as indicated above, during the Promotion Period, on a plain piece of 3” x 5” paper (“paper”), hand-print your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code) and valid email address. On your paper, you must also include a sentence that describes, “What you love most about Breakfast Balls.” Then, include a stamped with first-class postage affixed, self-addressed business-size (#10) envelope and mail your request, including your return envelope in another hand-addressed, business-size (#10) envelope with first-class postage affixed to: Michael Shriner, c/o Breakfast Balls, PO Box 1984, Hoboken, NJ 07030. All eligible requests will be sent, a Game Piece via mail from the Sponsor that will include instructions for how to claim your prize and to enter the Sweepstakes Grand Prize drawing as described in Rule 4 below. Mailed requests must be complete to be eligible. Mailed requests must be postmarked beginning February 1, 2025 through July 31 2025, and received by August 7, 2025. Mechanically reproduced or automated requests are not eligible and will not be sent a Game Piece. Once you receive a Game Piece, you may play and enter accordingly (see Rule 4 below for details). Please note, for any requests received between July 16 and July 31, 2025, the Instant Win Game will be played on behalf of the requester by the Sponsor’s representative and the requester will receive a prize (if applicable) and Entry, accordingly based on odds of winning.
Use of computer programs and other automatic means to participate in the Promotion is prohibited. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated limit of Entries/Game Pieces by using multiple/different email addresses, accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such Entries/Game Pieces and that Entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. In the event of a dispute as to any Registration Form/Sweepstakes Entry or Game Piece (as described below), the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential Prize winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Normal data/Internet access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrant’s online/phone service may apply.
4. TO PLAY THE INSTANT WIN GAME, REDEEM YOUR PRIZE AND ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: Once you have a Game Piece, completely remove the scratch-off material from the scratch-off area found on the Game Piece in order to reveal your unique, alpha-numeric code (the "code") and prize message. If a potential Instant Win Prize winning message is revealed, you are the instant winner of an Instant Win Prize, subject to verification of eligibility. If you do not receive an Instant Win Prize winning message, you have not won a prize. Either way, then visit www.breakfastballs.com/thegame (the "Website") during the Promotion Period and complete the official online registration form presented ("Registration Form") in its entirety including entering your potential winning code and click the "Submit" button in order for your game play to be verified and your prize shipped (if applicable) and you will receive one “Sweepstakes Entry” for the chance to win the Grand Prize. All Instant Win prizes will be shipped to verified winners within six (6) to eight (8) weeks after the Game has ended. NOTE: There is a limit of one (1) Registration/code redemption and One (1) Sweepstakes Entry per Entrant for the duration of the Promotion regardless of the method in which you choose to participate, either via the purchase of a product(s) or without a purchase.
5. DRAWING/INSTANT WINNING/PRIZES/ODDS:
A. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING: The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 14, 2025 from among all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend upon the total number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received by the end of the Promotion Period. Random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor’s representative, whose decisions are based on its sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules, and are final and binding in all respects.
B. INSTANT WIN PRIZES/VERIFICATION: There will be one-thousand one-hundred (1,100) random, winning codes available for the Promotion Period (as defined above), each corresponding to an Instant Win Prize. Prizes will be awarded per the chart below. Limit one (1) Instant Win prize per person/household. All potential Instant Win Prize winning plays are subject to verification by Sponsor and/or its agent whose decisions are final and binding. Instant Win Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, and are not refundable, and must be accepted “AS IS” and as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right (but has no obligation) to substitute a prize (or a component thereof) with another prize (or component thereof, including cash) of equal or greater value for any reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All instant wins are subject to verification. If due to technical or other errors, more instant win prize winning messages are distributed or more instant win prizes are claimed than intended, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all Entrants purportedly submitting valid claims. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.

All Instant Win Prizes are awarded as is. Specific sizes of any apparel items are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
C. SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE: A 3-day/2-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend a Sponsor-specified professional Golf Tournament in Arizona from February 6 - 8, 2026. Trip includes round-trip economy air transportation from the major airport nearest winner’s home to destination city, ground transportation to/from airport/hotel awarded in the form of a $300 gift card, Sponsor-specified hotel accommodations for 2 nights (one room/double occupancy) and tickets to attend one day of the tournament for winner and guest. (ARV: $6,000). No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent of the prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor due to prize unavailability for any reason, including but not limited to, cancellation, scheduling conflicts or an event of force majeure (including any pandemic); and, in such circumstance, an alternate prize/prize component of equal value will be awarded and the Sponsor’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided. Any taxes related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the Sweepstakes winner. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Grand Prize winner/guest must travel at the same time on same itinerary as set by Sponsor and must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid government issued ID, etc.) in order to travel. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. Grand Prize trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor. Winner’s guest must be 18 years of age or older and must meet rest of eligibility requirements and must execute and return a release of liability/Assignment of Rights prior to travel. The winner and his/her respective guest must possess valid travel documents (i.e., a passport that is valid beyond date of stay) in order to travel and must travel on the same itinerary as the respective winner. Sponsor will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, pandemics or any natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation of the trip and ultimately these Official Rules will govern in any of these cases. All event details are Sponsor-specified. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen checks or travel tickets or vouchers. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, tips, meals, ground transportation, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, entertainment and transfers, are winner’s sole responsibility. In the event winner and/or guest consumes alcoholic beverages while participating in any Grand Prize trip-related activities, they do so at their own discretion and agree to hold Sponsor and its agencies harmless from any subsequent damages or third-party claims arising out of or related to such consumption. In the event the winner or his/her guest engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and/or guest home with no further compensation to the winner. No substitution or transfer of any prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the prize is unavailable.
6. SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE (“GRAND PRIZE”) NOTIFICATION:The potential Grand Prize winner will be contacted by email by the Sponsor, or its designated representative and be required to complete and return, a Declaration of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) within five (5) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate will be selected. If the potential Grand Prize winner fails to return the completed Declaration of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release within the required period, an alternate potential Grand Prize winner will be selected and contacted (in accordance with these Official Rules). If the winning Entrant does not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential winning Entrant may be disqualified and an alternate potential winning Entrant will be selected and contacted (in accordance with these Official Rules). A 1099 tax statement will be filed with the IRS for the actual total value of the prize. The Grand Prize winner will receive a 1099 form in the mail, to be processed in the year in which he or she receives the prize.
7. GENERAL: No responsibility or liability is assumed for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize. Prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. By participating in this Promotion, Entrants agree: [a] to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor and judges which shall be final in all respects relating to the Promotion, including without limitation the interpretation of these Official Rules; [b] to release, discharge and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all injuries, liability, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind including liability for personal injury or death resulting from their participation in the Promotion or their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize; and [c] if a winner, to the use of his/her name, voice, image and/or likenesses for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Sponsor and Sponsor's subsidiaries and affiliates without further compensation (unless prohibited by law) and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. The Released Parties are not responsible and shall not be liable for [a] electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction; [b] unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; [c] technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions; and [d] limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site/the Website or any combination thereof. Sponsor and/or Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, misdirected, or illegible requests/Sweepstakes Entries or claims or any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted.
Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Promotion or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, Sponsor, or Administrator. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TOTHE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
If, for any reason whatsoever, this Promotion, in Sponsor's sole opinion, is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of tampering, fraud, or any other cause which, in the Sponsor's sole judgment, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion, limit Sweepstakes Entries (and claims) to those submitted prior to the action taken, and award all Instant Win Prizes claimed prior to cancelation and conduct a random drawing for the Sweepstakes Grand Prize from those Sweepstakes Entries received prior to cancellation. Entry information becomes property of Sponsor. All federal, state and local regulations apply.
