Heading into this year’s WrestleMania, RSVLTS relaunched the annual event to crown the “RSVLTS/WrestleMania” World champion. We had 520 insiders enter the contest, each picking their top choices and picked their top choices for winners, outcomes, and best of all...BROTHERS!
Now I am sure the question on everyone’s mind is why did it take this long to declare a winner? Here at RSVLTS, we all spent countless hours watching, and watching, and watching, and re-watching the event (mainly because it was fun but also) to ensure we had the results correct, and it was...WE HAD A TIE.
No WrestleMania showdown has ever been this tightly contested since “The Heartbreak Kid” Shawn Michaels battled Bret “The Hitman” Hart in a 60-minute iron man match at WrestleMania 12, which, as we all probably know, then continued into sudden death rules to declare a winner.
After little to no debate, the team realized that a sudden death ruling isn’t groundbreaking enough for the contest, so for the first time in RSVLTS history, we are announcing that the winners of this contest will have their legacy cemented as the first-ever RSVLTS/WrestleMania tag-team champions, so without further delay……….
