It’s been a few years in the making, but alas the biennial D23 Ultimate Fan Event is back, and get stoked for this monumental occasion, because RSVLTS has gone bigger than ever before with our first-ever shoppable immersive experience: the RSVLTS “Workshop of Wonders” (Booth #8002).
We’re proud to say we collaborated with a few very special partners that have brought the “Workshop of Wonders” to life, which will be a truly immersive experience starting from the entrance queue to the checkout counter during D23. The RSVLTS Workshop of Wonders encapsulates a “Magic & Mystery” theme and comes directly from the creative minds of former Disney imagineer Tony Baxter and the dynamic artist/creative tandem of James C. Mulligan & Michael Mulligan, alongside the RSVLTS team.
More details will be disclosed about the Workshop to follow VERY SOON, so keep checking back to Field Notes for updates once the D23 fan experience opens, follow RSVLTS on social for real-time updates, AND also don’t forget to signup for notifications by way of the RSVLTS “Workshop of Wonders” hub mailing list.
And of course there’s no less than a zillion things to do at D23, both inside the convention center, all the panels and meet-ups...and of course all the Park activities and parties around the neighborhood. RSVLTS will be hosting and/or attending quite a few of things, so see below for updates.
Where is the RSVLTS “Workshop of Wonders” Experience?
In exciting news this year, RSVLTS will have an extremely incredible location at the center of the convention center floor between Hall Doors A and B, Booth #8002 to be exact, and will be the biggest footprint and experience we’ve created to-date. There's no going home, we're only going BIG, bayyybayyy.

So…what exclusive products will be available at all these booths?
In the spirit of the overarching “Workshop of Wonders” theme, in particular Magic & Mystery, for D23 we want to TRY to keep the element of surprise intact within all its magical walls for as long as possible for those about to experience it firsthand, in the moment. For those unable to attend, we’ll do our best to capture and showcase all the wonderment immediately following the event for others to see as well.
So as mentioned on the Workshop of Wonders hub, all items available to purchase within the Workshop of Wonders will be exclusive, and there’s also a daily shirt exclusive that will have some significance related to the booth and/or any happenings within.
As with every event, all exclusive items that will only be available for purchase by attendees at the “Workshop of Wonders” booth during the time of the D23 show, while sizes/supplies last. All sales are final, no returns.
Once the event gets underway on Friday 8/9, we’ll post the menu board of items below to preview all the merch!
***NEW THIS YEAR...to purchase merchandise, there will be a ticketing system for the morning rush to keep lines orderly. As soon as the doors open, first come, first serve at the front entrance of the RSVLTS booth, we will be handing out BOARDING PASSES that will list a timeslot for you to get into the queue. Once you have a boarding pass, that is your ticket to ride/purchase, so please return back to the booth at that timeframe to get in line.
And once all the passes are handed out, and once we get through all the boarding pass timeframes, the line will be open for anyone to shop!

For the second consecutive year/occasion, the entire RSVLTS crew will be heading over to our favorite surf-inspired spot in all of Anaheim, Lopez & Lefty’s bar & grill, to dominate some food, beverages, conversations and any other sort of hullabaloo that might ensue. Karaoke optional, but highly encouraged!
