In an effort to make our products more available to the masses, we've introduced a new presale program. If you purchased a presale item we wanted to thank you for partaking in this!
While we did include the presale details in the actual product title, our FAQ page, and also the product's description, we also wanted to follow up with a blog post explaining the entire process because sometimes in the rush and excitement of securing your new favorite RSVLTS shirt it can be missed.
Why we think the presale is a great idea:
1. It allows everyone who wants a high demand RSVLTS product to secure one.
2. Planning inventory for some products is difficult, we see this as a greener solution where the risk of overproducing and having to destroy product will be lessened.
3. It allows us to release more obscure styles that we may not have otherwise dropped.
How long does it take?
The item you ordered will ship in 8-10 weeks, but hopefully sooner. We have recently seen shipping times as short as 3 weeks. Because this is in beta mode, there is also a chance that it could take longer than that. We appreciate your patience.
We'll now be accepting exchanges.
Previously, presale items were final sale, not available for exchange, but we are making a change that we think will delight our customers. We want everyone to love and enjoy their shirt and if it isn't the perfect fit, we will happily be accepting exchanges.
